Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn't available yet — if you're outside the U.S. and want Casa Noon, send us a note at andi@casanoon.com and tell us where you are. We're working toward it.

Orders are packed by hand by our small team and ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after they ship, depending on your location.

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100. 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love how your skin feels. If something isn't right, email us at andi@casanoon.com within 2 weeks of delivery and we'll take care of you.

Because we stand behind Sabbatical, you can return it within two weeks even if it's been opened and used. One bottle, one honest try.

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case it's on us. Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged, wrong, or lost orders

If your order shows up damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive, email andi@casanoon.com within 5 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo if it's a damage issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
