Welcome to Casa Noon. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of casanoon.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use the site
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Products, pricing, and availability
We do our best to show our products and details accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays them perfectly. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities per person or per order. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud. Payment must be received before we ship.

5. Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policies. Please review them before ordering.

6. Promotions and discount codes
Promo codes are subject to their stated terms, can't be combined unless we say so, and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Intellectual property
Everything on the site — text, images, logos, and product names including Sabbatical, Casa Complex™, and RetinART™, plus design and content — belongs to Casa Noon or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without our written permission.

8. Your content
If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Casa Noon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with our brand and marketing. You're responsible for what you post, and it must be yours to share.

9. Prohibited use
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with how the site works.

10. Disclaimers
Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments, and nothing on the site is medical advice. The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Noon isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

13. Governing law
